But many such disputes cannot be avoided or easily resolved, despite the best efforts of those involved. Bankruptcy Law
William F. Schneider is a member of the panel of Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees for the Western District of Virginia. In addition, the firm represents debtors in both consumer and business Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases and creditors in cases filed under Chapters 7, 11, and 13.
