Sue Davidson was born in Frankfurt, Germany . She attended Strayers Business College in Washington, DC . Sue worked for different law firms in Washington, DC for 14 years and the Export-Import Bank of the United States for 5 years before moving to Virginia in 2002. She joined Bell & Schneider, PLC in June, 2006.

Carol A. Cosman was born in Paterson, NJ. She is a graduate of The Berkeley School (East Orange, NJ) and Rutgers University – B.S., high honors (New Brunswick, NJ).

She worked as a legal secretary in New Brunswick, and as a secretary and administrative assistant in several departments at Rutgers University, before relocating to Virginia in 2002. She joined Bell & Schneider, PLC, in 2003.
